PRIDE’s Election Year Budget doesn’t look right. It shows that spending is up $10,917,286.


Lodi’s public notice dated April 26, 2019 shows the following:


Total General Appropriations (Spending):

2019:  $37,812,502.85

2018:  $26,895,217.37

Lodi is showing that spending for 2019 increased $10,917,285.48 or 41% from 2018.


Total amount to be raised for Support of Municipal Budget:

2019:  $19,184,703.43

2018:  $18,769,430.47

Lodi is showing an increase of $418,272.96 or 2.23%


Operating Expenses

2019:  $26,462,647.34

2018:  $24,326,502.12

Lodi is showing its operating expenses increased $2,136,145.22 or 8.8%.


Debt Service (Repay Debt)

2019:  $7,860,855.51

2018:  $1,854,715.25

Lodi is showing its debt payments increased $6,006,140.26 or 324%.
