The tale of two towns: QSAC

When Hasbrouck Heights failed its QSAC review in 2014, its Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent were gone within a month.  There were many stories in the newspapers.

When Lodi failed its QSAC review in 2015, its superintendent received a $25,108 merit bonus and two new administrative titles were added, one of which went to Jamie Ciofalo (who just promoted Joe Licata at the Lodi Boys and Girls Club).  There were no stories in any newspapers.  This was the only mention of it:
