Yesterday, the New York Post Wrote About Policy 5756. I Alerted Lodi About Policy 5756 in 2019 and the Board Stopped it At the Time.

Doug Petty and Matthew Giacobbe tried to have the Board approve Policy 5756 in 2019 without any Board discussion or public discussion. 

I alerted other Board members and the community what was taking place with this blog post:

This policy was never approved while I was on the Board despite the dishonest efforts of Strauss Esmay and the Giacobbe firm.
