Former Lodi BOE Employee, Lisa Cody, Was Denied “Accidental Disability” Retirement Benefits by the State. Nancy Cardone Had Serious Conflicts of Interest When She Approved a Separation Agreement Which Stated Her BOE Would Assist Lisa Cody With Her Application to CPAF.

Nancy Cardone Voted “Yes” to approve Lisa Cody’s Separation Agreement.

This was included in the Separation Agreement:

Nancy Cardone’s Board Attorney, Matthew Giacobbe, used illegal redactions and this illegal Confidentiality clause:

Nancy Cardone’s Blatant Conflicts of Interest

Nancy Cardone’s son, Michael Cardone, was Lisa Cody’s principal at Roosevelt School.

Nancy Cardone’s son, Michael Cardone, was listed as a one of three witnesses FOR RESPONDENT.

Nancy Cardone approved a separation agreement stating: "The Board shall not contest and when possible, assist Cody's disability retirement application..."

Lisa Cody’s listed address had Nancy Cardone’s political signs on her lawn during that time period.

Lisa Cody’s father-in-law, Daniel Cody, would huddle with Nancy Cardone at the back of Board meetings.

Daniel Cardone and Nancy Cardone were long time coworkers at Lodi High School.

Nancy Cardone’s unethical behavior is outrageous and should never be tolerated by the residents of Lodi.

What type of Board Attorney would advise that Nancy Cardone be allowed to vote on Lisa Cody’s separation agreement?  What type of Board Attorney would illegally redact and conceal public records?

Past post on this separation agreement:

Lodi By The Numbers: Contrary to Giacobbe’s Illegal “Confidentially” Language, Lisa Cody's “Separation Agreement” Approved by the Lodi BOE uses PUBLIC FUNDS and is PUBLIC RECORD… (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)
