Lodi’s Reputation Was Badly Tarnished With Stories Like These in 2001 (Posted Below). Vinny Martin Was a Lodi Police Officer at the Time. It’s Concerning that He Would Later Become Part of these Types of Businesses as Lodi Deputy Mayor. There is Nothing Honorable in Prostitution/Drug Businesses. They Destroy Lives and Communities.

There were bad characters all the way around in these stories.  But one line stands out: “For years, the brick warehouse on the southern end of Lodi was rumored to be a brothel, protected by the FBI or the mob, depending on who was making the charges. Yet local officials never seemed able to close the place.” 

 

Nobody should be protecting the criminal behavior especially government agencies.  Luke Hoffman was a degenerate criminal being protected by the FBI.  Look at how long it took to shut him down.
