Every campaign report for Joseph Lagana shows almost all of his campaign contributions come from labor unions and other special interest groups with business before the state senate. Almost all of his campaign expenditures are for his meals at fancy restaurants and campaign contributions towards politicians giving noncompetitive contracts to Cleary Giacobbe (the politician run law firm in which Lagana is a partner).
