Marc Schrieks stated last June that he had a conflict of interest with "Cleary Giacobbe" being the firm receives contracts from the Tedesco administration. Marc Schrieks also has a conflict being he received a $500 campaign contribution from Joseph Lagana, a PARTNER in the firm. Despite these conflicts, Marc Schrieks has voted to approve every bill from the Lagana firm and every budget transfer as the firm went over budget.
This year’s bills have dwarfed last year’s. Lodi
has gone way over budget. This is what
happens when county politics take over local school districts.
The Giacobbe/Lagana firm has been nothing but
dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical.
It is the worst that Lodi has ever seen.
