During this past school year, Lagana’s firm went way
over budget with the Lodi Board of Education. It wasn't even close. “Giacobbe” attorneys have taken great measures to conceal the exact amount of total
payments from the public.
Did Lagana’s firm bill other districts the same way it
billed Lodi or did it only rip off Lodi and not others? How about all of its other public contracts
attained via pay-to-play and influence peddling?
Research how many public contracts “Giacobbe” has
received since making State Senator Joseph Lagana a "partner".
How
did this firm qualify for and receive over a million dollars in government
loans intended for small businesses suffering from the shutdown? These
government loans can be forgiven and not paid back by the firm.
Real small businesses throughout New Jersey pay high property taxes and fees because of "Giacobbe's" public contracts (inflated legal bills). "Giacobbe" took millions in government loans away from real small businesses that were actually impacted by Phil Murphy's shutdown orders.

Was
Lagana’s firm honest on its loan application? State Senator Joseph Lagana should make the
application public. He should also
provide the public with his current income from the politician run firm. The public can decide whether or not this “loan”
was appropriate. After all, it's public funds and the public should demand transparency from a "State Senator".
The public has the right to know if these “small
business” loans contain fraud or political influence. We all know that federal and state governments
don’t provide adequate oversight.
