1) The Head Wrestling position is time
sensitive. Why didn’t Mr. Quatrone make
a recommendation in June? How about
July? Why not August? He advertised the position many times. He received a top resume back in June. No explanation.
2) The “technology support specialist” is a
newly created position with a $70,000 starting salary. It’s not a “vacant” spot. I don’t understand the time sensitivity of
this one.
3) If the appointments are so time sensitive,
Mr. Quatrone should have explained his selection process to the
board prior to the vote. I don’t understand
the process or his fluctuating standards. How would I explain it to
the public?
Noticeably missing from the article are the real
reasons for the delay. This is
unfortunate. They were discussed at the
meeting.
