"Why is Lodi paying so much more than Little Falls?"

The above question was asked tonight (by someone other than myself) during the hearing and adoption of the 2016 Salary Ordinance.  This administration changed the subject, told lies, and got very nasty.

Why is Little Falls paying so much less than Lodi?
