Dimaria: “Englewood Cliffs also outsources (financial services).” What Dimaria left out was- for a THIRD of the price.

Please Compare the Englewood Cliffs' contract (Battaglia) to Lodi’s (Cuccia). Lodi has 4 pages. Englewood Cliffs has 23 pages.

The Lodi contract is lacking what is required when a NO BID contract is awarded.  The Lodi contract is just lacking period.

Why is Lodi paying so much more?  Because Lodi’s arrangement included Luna’s daughter and her mentor.  What Tony Luna wants, Tony Luna gets.

While I was asking questions at the Tuesday’s meeting, Mayor Carafa and everyone sitting up there with him carried on conversations among themselves.  They have no problem wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.  They have no interest in any savings.
