In light of Mr. Luna’s most recent actions with the
DPW/Building and Grounds, I think the public should be reminded of his hiring
practices and abuse of power at the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission.
He believes that laws don’t apply to him.
He could have answered some straightforward, easy
questions in 2011:
But he didn’t.
Mr. Luna is wrong now…just like he was in 2011.
