When work schedules conflict with Board meetings…

If Board members cannot fulfill their meeting obligations because of work schedules, they should remove themselves and resign. 


If a Board member goes four whole months (1/3 of a year) without attending a meeting due to "work", it is the Board's responsibility to remove him.


It's time to choose good policy over Lodi politics.   


Bylaws should not be set aside for the mayor's son.
