Councilman Vinny Martin is on the “Advisory Board” for the Club. He doesn't abstain when the mayor and council make monthly payments to the "Club".
The Lodi council was giving the Club $60,000 a year
for “rentals”. Now it is giving the club
$12,000 a year for “rentals”. The number was lowered after bills were questioned at public meetings. Years ago,
this administration couldn’t explain what Lodi was getting in return for the
$60,000.
