After reading both reports from the structural
engineer, I would like to remind everyone what Joe Licata wrote in his letter to
the editor (Community News, August 11, 2016):
“Last
year the Board of Education received a report from the structural engineer that
the Lincoln School building, a building that is more than 120 years old and
suffered two fires, was not structurally sound.”
Joe Licata was
lying to Lodi on his way out the door.
