This administration violated the open public records act (all for Licata)...

I submitted my OPRA request on December 4th, which was a Sunday.  Starting with Monday (December 5th), seven business days have passed.

The Borough is in violation of the Open Public Records Act.  Once again, they clearly have something to hide with the $27,000 raise given to a councilwoman's son.

If the Borough Manager, mayor, and council members are ashamed of the $27,000 raise, they shouldn't have done it.  But they cannot conceal public records.
