actually hired by the council as individual part-time employees. Why now?
What happened to Marcel Wurms? This was the first time since 2007 that his
name didn’t appear on a Re-organization agenda for receiving a NO BID contract as
“Special Tax Counsel” or “Special Borough Counsel”.
