For years, Joe Licata’s
“invoices” for “consulting fees” looked like this:
These invoices were called out
for fraud after Joe Licata was unable to provide any evidence that he actually
did what was desribed on them.
So Joe Licata decided to go with a new
description-LESS one.
Joe Licata feels it is acceptable
to get paid from his mother’s administration (Drug Alliance funds) without specifically
listing anything he has done.
I guess
listing nothing is better than listing
something made up.
