full academic scholarship. I was a
middle school and high school Mathematics Teacher for years before taking
over the family business.
Family History in Lodi
My
great-grandparents settled in Lodi in the very early 1900s. My
great-grandmother, Eletta Curioni, opened “Curioni’s” in 1923. That business is still open and family owned
today.

I would also like to thank everyone that has reached out to offer a campaign contribution. No matter how large or small the offering, I have responded to all the same way: I am very grateful but I am not accepting any contributions.
Pay-to-Play reform and campaign finance reform have always been important issues to me. I have seen what campaign money has done to the machine politicians and our town. I always said if I ran for office, I wouldn't want to take any money from others. So I decided to self-fund my campaign.
