There was a request for Lodi’s “2014 Annual Debt
Statement” over two weeks ago. Lodi’s
CFO(?) Charles Cuccia still has not produced it. As I was leaving the Executive Council
Meeting tonight, I saw Mr. Cuccia in the hallway. I planned on asking him for the debt
statement. But when I said hello to him,
he gave me a nasty look and rushed into his office.
It is time to restore civility and professionalism to
the borough hall. And time to produce a
2014 debt statement. We are two and a
half months into 2015 already.
