This is the 3^rd “Reprimand” and “Settlement” involving either Joseph Licata or the 3 named above that I only learned about after filing OPRA requests.  I filed the complaints.  I provided all the evidence.  I was never informed of any of the outcomes.  

It’s amazing how the most unethical Lodi political families get everything swept under the rug because of their connections to the Murphy administration.
