Ciofalo’s contract: “The Board shall pay the full premium…”????





Everyone should have a real problem with the wording of page 10 of Jamie Ciofalo’s last contract. 


The contract was signed on March 3, 2012 by Joe Licata.

By that time, laws were in full effect requiring employee contributions to health premiums.    


The contribution requirements should have been spelled out clearly.

In other towns, contracts from 2010 included wording that administrators had to pay 1.5%.
