Gary Paparozzi knows how to buy off politicians.

By 2012, Gary Paparozzi contributed $920 to Michael Marotta.  Michael Marotta was not only a Passaic County Freeholder at the time.  He was also a high paid supervisor at the Passaic Valley Water Commission.

Shortly after the contributions, Paparozzi began receiving NO BID contracts from the PVWC- $160/hour for surveying work.

Paparozzi's contribution to Delaney in Garfield also yielded quite a return.  Delaney got Paparozzi work in Garfield and did numerous favors for him.

As for Paparozzi's contribution to Schrieks, that landed him a NO BID contract in Lodi not long after Schrieks said this about him:

Paparozzi's contribution to Labarbiera of Paramus was made within a month of Tony Luna's contribution to that same person.  Tony must have advised Gary that Labarbiera was for sale after the Paramus mayor hired and promoted Tony's daughter.

Gary Paparozzi knows how to buy off politicians.  I wonder where he learned that.
