By 2012, Gary Paparozzi contributed $920 to
Michael Marotta. Michael Marotta was not
only a Passaic County Freeholder at the time.
He was also a high paid supervisor at the Passaic Valley Water Commission.
Shortly after
the contributions, Paparozzi began receiving NO BID contracts from the PVWC-
$160/hour for surveying work.
Paparozzi's contribution to Delaney in Garfield also yielded quite a return. Delaney got Paparozzi work in Garfield and did numerous favors for him.
As for Paparozzi's contribution to Schrieks, that landed him a NO BID contract in Lodi not long after Schrieks said this about him:

Paparozzi's contribution to Labarbiera of Paramus was made within a month of Tony Luna's contribution to that same person. Tony must have advised Gary that Labarbiera was for sale after the Paramus mayor hired and promoted Tony's daughter.
