Mr. Luna Cannot Answer Simple Questions Today Just Like He Couldn't Answer Them in 2011.

In light of Mr. Luna’s most recent actions with the DPW/Building and Grounds, I think the public should be reminded of his hiring practices and abuse of power at the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission.

He believes that he is smarter than everyone else and laws don’t apply to him.  

He could have answered some straightforward, easy questions in 2011:
