So far in 2013, the monthly bills show Captan Auto has already been paid $44,366.43. This doesn’t include the December 2013 bills that haven’t gone up yet.
Where is the public notice seeking bids for the most recent contract? What bidding process was used? This information for bids and contracts cannot be found on the public notice site.
