A superior court judge ruled that the Midland Park School District must release attachments and other items pertaining to their agendas prior to board meetings.
Midland Park actually posts agendas on-line already. A judge ruled they did not go far enough.
The Lodi Board of Education doesn’t post any agendas
on-line.

The Midland Park ruling should be a wake up to the Lodi board office. The public is entitled to detailed agendas prior to public meetings.
