This isn't progress. This is the elimination of every small town New Jersey. And it's terrible for the environment, flooding , infrastructure, over crowded schools, etc.
It's wealthy developers buying off politicians.
Lodi wasn't being sued to meet affordable housing "obligations". Lodi's overdevelopment and disastrous "planning" was self-inflicted.
Vinny Martin sits on the Planning Board with Michael Apicella and put him up for Board of Education. Neither can be trusted on the Planning Board or anywhere else.
So, how many apartments has Michael Apicella and Vinny Martin approved and how many variances have they awarded to wealthy developers/campaign contributors?
Sad.
