The teacher unions filed a PERC complaint against me and this blog years ago.  That complaint was dismissed.  The dismissal was never covered by the newspapers.

I reposted some old blog posts about that PERC complaint before this post so people can understand the NJEA's game plan on misusing PERC to censor opposing views.
