What does this report tell you? Those receiving State contracts and other favors from Joseph Lagana in Trenton are paying for Lagana's meals and trips to Casinos. With all the money "Cleary Giacobbe" is raking in from public contracts in towns in the 38th district, you would think that Joseph Lagana could afford his own personal expenses. Self-serving politicians like this have no shame and represent everything wrong with government.
