What did Laura Cima see in Doug Petty when she led Nancy Cardone's efforts to get him a $27,000 raise? Can she please explain?  What did anyone in Lodi ever see in Doug Petty?  

Doug Petty spent his time in Lodi doing favors for the Luna and Cardone families so they would allow him to continue hiring all his friends from Hanover, Newark, his high school days, etc.
