Lodi Schools Projected to Receive a $3,533,356 Increase in State Aid (17% Increase). Lodi Taxpayers Should Demand a Substantial Tax Decrease.

It would be unthinkable for any Superintendent, fly-by-night interim Business Administrator, or board members to not deliver significant tax relief with these figures.

This Superintendent and board have been operating with no transparency.  They have been fiscally reckless.  Lodi really needs to pay close attention to what takes place with their budget this week.

If Matthew Giacobbe and his politician run law firm can continue ripping off the district each year (going over budget while delivering inferior and dishonest legal services), then there should be money available for tax relief.

If the board can spend another $50,000 on another study for Lincoln school, then there should be money available for tax relief.

If the board can pay Frank Quatrone hundreds of thousands of Lodi tax dollars for an illegal sick day payout (right before the case went before an administrative judge), then there should be money available for tax relief.

If Superintendent Petty can start a friend from Newark on the top of the salary guide (far beyond her years of employment), then there should be money available for tax relief.

You often hear that tax increases are "for the children".  As demonstrated above, that is a lie.
