As Middle School teachers began teaching an additional period with no
additional pay, Frank Quatrone received a
$4,187.50 bonus for that. He didn’t receive a
bonus for teaching an extra period. He
received a bonus for you teaching an extra period.
Frank Quatrone is guaranteed the maximum $167,000 superintendent salary. He is also guaranteed a $25,108 annual merit bonus by this Board. Job performance doesn’t matter. Budget constraints don’t matter. All that matters is that Mr. Quatrone recommends hiring and promoting family members of the Board.
During election time,
Capizzi says that anyone opposing his corrupt system is “anti-teacher”. He pressures teachers to campaign for
him. He pressures teachers to have their
family members put up signs for him.
But Joe Capizzi and his
upper echelon don’t lead by example.
School employees should see the hypocrisy
in everything that Joe Capizzi says and does.
