Annual debt statements are made available to the public by the Department of Community Affairs website. The last debt statement for Lodi is from 2011.
Lodi’s CFO is supposedly Charles Cuccia. He is also the part-time CFO for Maywood and Wallington.
Maywood’s 2013 annual debt statement is available (net debt: $ 13,805,389.61):
Wallington’s 2013 annual debt statement is available (net debt: $ 11,399,701):
Lodi's net debt is almost as much as Maywood's and Wallington's combined.

And what shows for 2012 is not the debt
statement. It doesn’t show the gross
debt or net debt.
Lodi’s soaring debt is very alarming. It shouldn’t be hidden from the public.
