government!
The agenda posted for the Lodi Housing Authority’s May 22, 2014 meeting already lists Gerry Woods as a commissioner and wishes him good luck. This agenda was posted before the Lodi mayor and council ever discussed the appointment at a REGULAR council meeting. That “communication” is on the agenda for tomorrow night’s council meeting (May 20, 2014- two days before the Lodi Housing Authority meeting).
So when and where was
this “done deal” made and who took part in it?
Did Gerry Woods approach certain politicians seeking the
appointment? Or did certain politicians
seek out Gerry Woods because he has the qualities they were looking for?
And no resolution was
necessary for his appointment? Other
