Why the Double Standard Matthew Platkin? How Could You Charge Some Part-time Elected Officials with Fraudulently Attaining Health Benefits and Not Others?

How can Matthew Platkin not charge other politicians throughout the State that have swindled taxpayers by illegally attaining health benefits as part-time council members.

How can Platkin not charge those in Montclair after indicting those in Wildwood?

Matthew Platkin is a Murphy stooge that bases every action on politics- whether or not someone is a Murphy supporter.

Recently, Many on Social Media Have Been Questioning Why Matt Platkin Had Participated in NJEA "Screenings" with Sean Spiller and Why Sean Spiller Was Never Charged with Stealing Benefits and Stipends as Montclair Mayor.

The NJEA link being shared with Spiller next to Platkin lists Debra Kwapniewski as participating (observer for Bergen County) in the “screening” to endorse Phil Murphy in 2021:

At the time that Kwapniewski was participating in these NJEA activities, she was being paid by the Lodi taxpayers for the entire school year for some medical leave.  During that fully paid “leave”, she sold her house in Lodi and purchased a home in Ontario County, New York.  She was able to sell her house in Lodi and relocate to Ontario County.  She was able to participate in NJEA meetings.  And she was paid by the Lodi taxpayers for an entire school year not to work. Debra Kwapniewski's brother, August Defalco, was BOE President Nancy Cardone's campaign treasurer at the time of this arrangement. The NJEA funded their campaigns.

NJEA corruption costs New Jersey taxpayers' big money and it has destroyed public education.

Why did the State take so long to act on this theft in Wildwood?

Why does the State allow so many others to get away with this same theft?

Different standards for different people.  Different standards for different towns.  Depends on the relationship local officials have with Phil Murphy (although Chris Christie was also an all-talk, no action waste).

Phil Murphy’s Attorney General, Matt Platkin, Resides in Montclair and Attended Sean Spiller’s Swearing In. Matt Platkin Indicted Part-time Officials in Wildwood for Fraudulently Enrolling in the State Health Benefits Program but Has NOT Indicted any Part-time Officials in Montclair for Doing the Same.

The Murphy Administration has weaponized and politicized every State department from the Office of Attorney General to the Department of Education.  It has weaponized all State agencies and commissions from the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission to the School Ethics Commission.  It has politicized and corrupted the State’s supposed watchdogs like the Comptroller’s Office.

State tax dollars are now collected to fund a bloated, corrupt and ineffective State government that spends its time covering up for crooked politicians instead of enforcing laws.

In New Jersey, there are different standards for different people.  A two-tiered justice system.  The Murphy administration is not serving the public.  The Murphy administration has violated all public trust and has zero credibility.
