The Lodi Mayor and Council Should Tell Us Which State Law They Are Knowingly Violating to Enrich Donald Scorzetti. I Know of Many. But Which One Was Discussed at Their April 8, 2025 Closed Session Meeting?

Donald Scorzetti is receiving more than every Police Chief before him (larger percentage increases, uncertified and unaudited additional payments throughout the year, nepotism violations, every special perk, benefit, etc.)  Nothing was ever removed from any of his contracts after laws were changed and Comptroller Reports were released.

The Lodi Mayor and Council should clearly state what issue was discussed at their April 8^th closed session meeting. Specifically, what law.  Then they should explain why they feel entitled to violate that law.
