Legal bills skyrocket whenever Matthew Giacobbe attains a public contract. And the quality of services decline. He overbills and double bills so the $180/hr number is meaningless. He has too many attorneys billing at the same time for the same issue and producing nothing in return. He is less transparent with his bills compared to any other firm. I doubt any public body would retain Giacobbe if its members weren't receiving campaign contributions or other payments from his politician run firm.
