Last week, the Newark Superintendent did not secure five votes to get what he wanted after much opposition from the public at the required public hearing.

These news stories should remind the taxpayers of Lodi how their BOE members have violated State law for years without consequence or any oversight from State agencies. Frank Quatrone's unexpired contracts were altered multiple times without any required notices and public hearings.

I publicly raised the issue many times prior to votes that the Lodi BOE was violating State law in bypassing required notices and public hearings to further enrich it's failed Superintendents.

I was right but it didn't matter. Taxpayer funded State agencies are useless. Board Attorneys like Matthew Giaccobe are fine breaking the law in return for payments.
