The Lodi Mayor and Council Received a Revaluation Order Years Ago. They Even Requested and Received a One Year Extension From the County So the Voters Wouldn't Know About It During Their 2023 May Election. Yet, They Didn't Budget for It. I Warned Lodi About This Years Ago.
