With all the payments going to Alan Spiniello and the other
political firms, these additional large bills for “Giacobbe” raise a lot of red
flags.
The Giacobbe firm has a history of dishonest billing and illegally redacting invoices to cover it up. Any public entity should have an independent party determine what should and should not be redacted in Giacobbe's bills once requested through the Open Public Records Act. "Giacobbe" should not be in a position to black out entire invoices and then bill the taxpayers even more for their illegal redactions.
