I just read this article on Northjersey.com:
I don't understand why Board Members and their administration are withholding Doug Petty's name and settlement details from the public. It is public record and the public will eventually see it whether they like it or not. It's public funds. Those preparing the agendas have made them less transparent. They should find a real board attorney that abides by OPRA instead of one that violates the law to run up more legal bills before he eventually loses in court.
