The Lodi Mayor and Council Have Intentionally Removed Any Description from Mary McDonnell’s Legal Bills. First, they Misappropriated Lodi Tax Dollars in Paying Mary McDonnell to Appeal Charles Cuccia’s Personal Fine for Ethics Violations Involving the Luna Family. Next, They Squandered Huge Amounts on Mary McDonnel to Assist Donald Scorzetti With his Personal Vendetta in Targeting Captain Grillo.

In response to that revelation, the Lodi mayor and council have removed descriptions from Mary McDonnel’s bills.  They do not want the Lodi taxpayers to keep a running total on the amount Donald Scorzetti uses to harass and bully other employees.  This is what her bills look like now:

The Lodi Mayor and Council do not want the Lodi taxpayers to see how they are using Mary McDonnel.  The Lodi Mayor and Council are now paying three different law firms for labor matters each month without disclosing or justifying those expenses to the Lodi taxpayers.

That is in addition to the monthly payments made to Alan Spineillo who is NOT a full-time employee yet receives a set full-time annual salary of $236,774.76 and doesn’t submit any invoices for hours worked or an hourly rate.
