Nancy Cardone and Marjorie Breitweiser may be held hostage by those bribing them at Election time but the Lodi taxpayers should not be held hostage by them. Their long, long, long records of using public office for personal financial gain speak for themselves. All the dirty, illegal, and unreported campaign cash in the world cannot make their records appear any prettier.
