Matthew Giacobbe, Please Explain How this Contract that You Negotiated on Behalf of a School Board Full of Conflicts of Interest Will Impact Property Taxes in Bayonne.

Matthew Giacobbe is a total disaster for New Jersey taxpayers.  Everything he does is based on who is approving his bills (using other people's money) rather than what is ethical and in many cases even legal.  He learned well from his former law partner Joseph Ferriero.

Lodi taxpayers will learn soon enough what Matthew Giacobbe and his politician run firm are capable of doing to their checkbooks and property taxes.

Schools have been closed for most of the past year.  Phil Murphy and the NJEA have destroyed the State's economy. Those obviously weren't considerations with the Bayonne contract.

Matthew Giacobbe in no way was impacted by the State's economic collapse.  After all, his firm received over one million dollars in forgiveable PPP loans that were supposed to be for small businesses hurt by the unfair covid lockdowns.

State Senator Joseph Lagana is a partner in Giacobbe's firm. He takes money from the NJEA and is in photos being "lobbied" by the teachers union. How can his firm fairly negotiate any contract with the NJEA?
