Lodi’s last two Interims, Kathryn Fedina (superintendent) and Robert
Brown (business administrator), were a waste of money and a waste of time. They raked in a huge amount of money during a
very short period and were never held accountable for their bad actions. They made the case against using interims and
why districts should make it a top priority to fill the most important positions
in a timely manner by people willing to carry out all responsibilities associated with the positions.
