law firm. Scott Luna should disclose his conflicts of interest to the residents
of Lodi.
Scott Luna also abstained on multiple bills for his
son Garrett for Rutgers. The public
deserves an explanation for those bills as well. Are Lodi taxpayers paying for Garrett Luna to become qualified for his new position?
