Paparozzi should not be trusted with any public
positions. He is incapable of telling

Lodi has a fire marshal. Lodi has a zoning department. Paparozzi’s position as “technical inspector”
is redundant and unnecessary. It’s just
another way for the Lodi mayor and council to direct public funds to a
disgraced former Lodi mayor.
