The Florio buy off was hidden until after the election. The NO BIDDERS got their way.

If the two Florio partners contributed to “United” on May 4^th and May 7^th, why didn’t those contributions appear on any reports until June 1^st- almost a month later and after the election?  Why didn’t those contributions appear on "United's" May 8^th or May 15th reports?

The no bidders bought their July 1^st contracts once again. 

The “United” candidates bought their election once again, spending not one penny of their own. Their “loans” were paid in full with no bidder cash.

And the Licata’s took some of the no bidder cash for themselves once again.  They always funnel campaign cash their way – this report for “sign removals”.

In reality, the people of Lodi paid United’s loans.  The people of Lodi paid the Licatas for “sign removals” and other nonsense.  All of the no bidder cash came from those over charging the Lodi taxpayers with their NO BID contracts.
