VIP Treatment Even with Sewer Claims?

If the South Bergen JIF caps sewer claim payouts at $1000, why did they write a $ 2370.53 check for Joan Voss?

Why did they list her payout as $1000 on the April 2014 meeting minutes when they had already paid $2370.53 months earlier ?

The asterisk clearly states: "all losses capped at $1000".  A special resolution was appoved and stated:

"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Committee hereby certifies the modifications as presented in the attached memo dated April 2, 2014 and, ratifies the action of the Executive Director/Administrator in making these changes."

Wherever you find Tony Luna, you find special treatment for some at the expense of everyone else

23 towns are in the South Bergen JIF

There are only 7 Executive Members that vote. 2 of the 7 are Tony Luna and Charles Cuccia.

The rest of the towns in the JIF should be very concerned that these two from Lodi wield so much power. They should be concerned of decisions being based on politics. They should be concerned of their own towns paying the price while not being properly represented.
