Costco is packed on Sunday, but the clothes are roped off. The laws are outdated and make no sense.

The CFO/Treasurer of Lodi Should Have Been Flagging the Payments (Monthly Bills) Going to Gary Paparozzi (Who is Also Being Paid Simultaneously as a Full-time Lodi Employee). Instead, She Is Riding in Limos with Him.

The Lodi Mayor and Council are completely lawless. However, you would expect that Lodi's CFO/Treasurer would have to address this:

Last Month, Gary Paparozzi Gave $500 in Campaign Contributions to Paul Sarlo and Jack Ciattarelli. Paparozzi Buys His Public Contracts and State Board Appointment. He Also Pays for Protection- the State Has Not Addressed His Illegal Pay/Billing Scheme with the Borough of Lodi.

The new council members in Garfield should also pay attention to the fact that Gary Paparozzi was funding the other side.  Gary Paparozzi makes a lot of money from overdevelopment.  He doesn't disclose his LLCs, partnerships, and conflicts of interest on his finanancial disclosure statements.
